Union Hospital Office Fit-Out

Bay Country Associates was given the task of building a new Occupational Medicine office suite in the Singerly Medical Building for Union Hospital in Elkton, MD. Due to time constraints imposed by the client we were given 59 days to complete the job and secure a certificate of occupancy. Bay Country Associates delivered this very complicated tenant fit-out to Union Hospital in 57 days. This 2,800 sq. ft. job required core drilling 17 holes over existing medical offices. A significant amount of work was completed during nights and weekends in order to meet this demanding schedule.
