Urgent Care Center Perryville

Bay Country Associates was tasked with renovating a former doctor’s office and transforming it into an Urgent Care Center located in Perryville, MD for Union Hospital. The 3,000 sq. ft. renovation was joined with the adjacent 2,000 sq. ft. MRI center to become a combined 5,000 sq. ft. Urgent Care Center. A joint lobby, reception desk, and waiting area was constructed to complete the conversion. The job required that the MRI center would remain open during construction, therefore, a substantial amount of work was done on nights and weekends to ensure that there were no lost patient days.
